Medication

Stay worry-free with our medication management service. Our caring team ensures you take your medications on time, providing gentle reminders and professional support.

Waking Night

We ensure that you are supported to gain a good night’s sleep, monitoring any concerns in relation to disturbed sleep patterns and following relevant support plans.

Meals

Your care workers are capable of preparing, cooking, and serving delicious nutritious meals and beverages according to your unique preferences.

Dementia

Your care workers have received additional training in assisting Service Users with dementia. Giving them best knowledge in all situations.

Appointments

Your care workers may accompany you to the hospital, dentist, doctors, hairdressers or any other appointment.

Telephone Monitoring

The office staff can make regular telephone calls to you at agreed times as reminders for medication or other important events within daily life, as requested.

Cover for existing carers

Our Care workers can assist you whilst your primary carer has a break during the day or even goes on a holiday.

Palliative Care

We provide enabling palliative care for people with a life limiting conditions, so that you and your loved ones, have the information to make informed decisions.
