“I just want to say a very BIG thank you to all my wonderful carers from Pride Home Care, during these troubling times. I know you are probably all scared for yourself & your families. I cannot put into words how much it means to me that you still come out to visit & help us all. Your bright cheerful smiling faces, your bright chatter and words of comfort are helping to keep our spirits up. We are all scared but it means so much to have you visiting and helping us.
Love & thanks to you all xxx

Pride Home Care have turned my life around. I’m now able to go out & about again, where as before I was slowly giving up on everything.

I met Paul & Corinna to do my care plan & I haven’t looked back. I feel confident in my life, I’m up & dressed most days, I’ve started going out in my wheelchair again – I am going to Attleborough tomorrow, for the first time in ages.
& family have commented that I’m looking & sounding better & happier than I have done for a long time.
the staff are lovely, empathetic, cheerful & extremely helpful.
Thank you all, especially Paul & Daniel.

would highly recommend Pride Home Care, if you or a loved one needs care.

I compliment the Directors skills of choosing carers. Quoting “You have super, super carers. You should be super proud, you’re all absolutely outstanding.”

Mr N- Attleborough

When you are faced with requiring homecare for the very first time It can be be a daunting and worrying prospect. Thankfully knowing two of the directors of Attleborough based Pride Homecare, and having previous family members who they had cared for previously, made the selection process simple. So this morning was the first morning, all the paperwork was in place, listing my requirements and stating that Susan Spencer would be here at a given time for the agreed period of time. Susan, who prefers “Sue” arrived on time, with a knock on the door and came in and introduced herself, went through the list of duties and ensured that I agreed that was what I required and expected. Which it was. So the care commenced.

I must say that Sue was very thorough with her tasks and carried them out with the highest integrity and professionalism, and putting me, the customer at ease too, quelling any concerns that I may have had. Well that was day one all sorted, I’m sure the following days will be similar. I feel much happier that it went so well, professional and personal.

“My mother has been through some care companies – six or seven of them – and I can say without any hesitation that Pride Home Care is the best care company we could have wished for. The carers from Pride are second to none and I never worry about my Mum if I know they’re coming in. Mum’s not an easy person sometimes… but the carers treat her with professionalism, respect, understanding and a touch humour. In my opinion, and having seen some of what other companies are offering care-wise, Pride Home Care sets the standard by which all other care companies should be judged. Trustworthy, exemplary service… I really can’t speak highly enough of them.”

As a daughter and individual who has been involved in the “Care sector” and an educationalist I feel it is pertinent to confirm that Pride Care displays outstanding levels of care, sensitivity and a strong partnership approach. I unreservedly recommend them as all team members highlight the importance of recognising and respecting the requirements of the individual ie the person they care for. The whole ethos is demonstrated via management- medical organisation – Care Plans- team members to support and respect the needs of the individual. Continuity is provided by regular times, familiar carers and careful organisation via the strong overall planning and care/support of very friendly staff with this strong feeling of kindness. All these factors have encouraged me to not only spread the word by writing this review but passing this message via “word of mouth.” I am wholly impressed by every aspect and detail which has brought both increased calm and happiness to my mother to reflect her changing needs. This process has complimented and respected the needs of the care that we the family can provide thus making Mum’s life both happy and meaningful! There is a strong openness and willingness to exchange ideas to enable all care to be happy and positive.

Testimonials

I’m very impressed with your service and your punctuality to the exact minute.

Mrs A, Attleborough

Thank you for all you do. I really would be lost with out you.

Mr P, Watton

Your carers are always polite, cheerful (when appropriate) and sensitive to the physical and emotional needs of both my husband and myself.  They communicate well and engaged well with my husband, with encouragement and humour at times, helping to increase his confidence. They are practical, efficient and knowledgeable about equipment and products suited to particular conditions, and is strong yet gentle in dealing with a client.

Mrs W, North Lopham

We as a family always found Your carers to be polite, well dressed and completely trustworthy . The care for my mother was exceptional, they were sensitive and caring for her needs. Taking time to do the extra jobs, she loved having her hair done and nails painted which they did for her. They always left everything clean and tidy .My mother was always dressed well with co-ordinated colours.

Mrs L, Wymondham

A big thank you to Daniel for the care you provide for mum. Thank you for making her feel safe in her own home and having the confidence in you as a career which I personally have never seen before. Anybody who is looking for care services Pride Home Care comes highly recommended x

Dawn N Rose Gleed

We lost my grandmother earlier last year – it was sad and tough. But the thing that made it easier was Daniel Burcham being the best carer we could have and his partner Paul Burcham also lit up her life. They have started their own care business – putting someone in care is scary and we hear horror stories – I can 100% promise you any loved ones of yours would be in safe hands with them!

If you are in Norfolk / Breckland / Attleborough area please give them a like and a follow
